Yeah pretty tough hey. I've done 11 while drunk as my PB haha.

So who is going to continue with this? I think I will.
 
Day 28: Done when spent after training. 17, 17, 17. Feet elevated.

Probably won't continue with these as a daily thing, especially if I take up the next monthly challenge. Probably use the challenges as something to try and help out on weak areas.

That said will try and do push-ups in rest periods between sets from time to time.
 
So close yet so far. I've done myself a mischief and can no longer partake in this. These are something I'll continue to do though as the results have been noticeable.

Ok time for some results.

My chest measurement was 93cm on the 22nd of July.

Today it is 104cm.

I'm only a little way into Starting Strength as a beginner, so it's likely some of the gains are from that (lat growth contribution also).

But pretty happy because as far as measurements went in July, chest was my most deficient!
