Had to get up at 2:30am for work yesterday, felt less than ordinary when I got home at 3pm and missed them, made up for em today though.
Today: 40 + 30 + 30

Day 26 (is this over yet???): 25, 25. Feet raised up on a step.

Think I might try tomorrow doing reeaallllyyy slow push-ups. Perhaps 3 seconds down, pause, 3 seconds up or something.

Will do some measurements next Friday - be interesting to see if any changes from my last set. I'm expecting there should be some all round anyway as I'm in that beginner stage, and will be hard to isolate what improvement is directly related to the push-ups however.

Bring on the next challenge!

Day 26: 50 straight
Overall I think these are great as a warmup and just to get some more volume in and it beats sitting on the couch.
