This article talk abou thte 20min window for simple carbs and a "sports drink"

and the male bosy ONLY being able to use 1.8 grams of protien per body weight.

Also wearing SKINS to treat DOMS.

The commnets on the article are just as bad, Know i understand why the majority are so uninformed.

I must say we get the shits with people because they dont have the most update info on whats actually going on... But thats simply because current research may take 10 years to be implemented for example. People go to uni learn something treat it as gold and there is no other infomation.

But you also have to look at the intended audience for the article... My mother doesnt give a shit about maximum protein synthesis or optimal performance. Nor does 98% of people ( please note percentage may indeed be incorrect :p ).
