Every lift ought to be an "ego lift" whether maximal or not. If we don't use a barbell to make ourselves better, what's the point - pain and discomfort only? Post it up in vid or don't; look at it look at others looking at it then look at it again. If the internet ceased to exist tomorrow I'm pretty sure I will still be moving iron in the same manner as I was 30 years ago.

hard to lift by yourself, but von shows it can be done.

Did 102.5kg before leg session, loading now but just hope it is deep enough. I certainly calculated my limit on day.

thanks, maybe sympathy can get me over line.

I will be back next time; 120kg on the way by end of year.

Good stuff Sparts

I agree with the round back stuff but never testing my 1rm, I'll probably be in worse shape

100kg x 1 then a 110kg x 1 @ 78.3kg bw
Got to focus more on pushing my knees out!
Crossed arms cos I'm nowhere near flexible to get them oly style.
Do I get a pass or are we pausing in the hole longer?
