    Dan Green to compete at GPC Australia Nats

    It was anoounced tonight that Dan Green will compete at GPC Australia Nationals held in Melbourne on June 14th-16th at Rydges Bell St Preston. He will be conducting seminars whilst he is here and also training at PTC Frankston.

    PA raw nats

    I just heard there are over 130 lifters nominated for the PA raw nats powerlifting and another 30 in bench only. That's awesome!!! Considering its the 3rd year it has run and that it's run separately from equipped nats it looks like a clear sign the sport has taken off!!

    Updated CAPO Nats

    CAPO have revised the qual totals for the nationals and created a stalk book invite. Personlly due to the financial strain of what is now a redundant trip to Melbourne in attempt to qualify I am unable to compete. Good luck and white lights to all those lifting :) Facebook
