I personally drink about 4-6 tea bags worth of green tea most days ( I say it that way coz I'll throw in 2 bags in a larger cup).
But anyway, what are your thoughts on it's "weight loss" properties..... I'm looking to loose some fat over my uni break so I figure maybe I should add in...
Question for the gurus out there, does making green tea in big batches
and refrigerating it to drink throughout the day cold have the some benefits
as drinking a hot fresh made cup?

Sometimes I will drink green tea - what I normally do is put maybe 2-3 tea bags in a cup and then just shot it down with some boling water - but nearly straight away afterwards i'll feel sick as anything i.e wanting to vomit, tired etc etc - really weird feeling...

Work out 3 times a week.
Take a weight, lets use 50kg and perform 3 reps, 5 sets.
Keep the same weight but add one more set each workout until you have done 10 sets with the 50kg.
This will take you 2 weeks or 6 workouts.
Now drop back to 5 sets, 3 reps, but...

Right now I've got this mixture of wheat grass, barley grass, and spurilina algae. And yeah it tastes bad...like really really really bad. But it is extremely healthy, so I keep taking it.
Does anyone else take green drinks? What are your experiences?
It says not to consume caffeine while taking creatine, but M&F recommends in most articles on supplements creatine and green tea.
I am pretty sure green tea contains caffeine.
Does anyone know if green tea consumption affects the benfits in consuming creatine?
