    Calorie Deficit, lifting, cardio.

    Hey, MY BMR is 1929 Calories/day. If i lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week what should be a cal rate per day wit ha deficit of 200-300? But if i dont eat on a deficit since im lifting and doing cardio that means on the off days im eating over maintenance. What should i do?
