Hi guys ,I suffered a grade 2 pec tear ,MRI confirmed.Has anyone had this injury ,if so how did you rehab,how long till you went 100% again? Any advice would be good Thanks:)

Workout frequency: 2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off
Day #1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day #2: Back/Biceps/Abs
Day #3: Rest Day
Day #4: Quads/Hamstrings/calves
Day #5: Rest Day
Then repeat
Alternatively, you can do two days on and one day off. Just keep rotating the workouts...

Im just starting 10x10 squats (thanks markos) and damn it took me 80 min to get through 60kg squats I've never gone so high before.
I know this is how long is a peice of string thread but how long did it take for your body to aclimatise? A week 2 weeks?
