incline bench 3x8-90 kgs then drop set to 85x8 then 80x8.incline dumbell 3x8-36 kg ,fly 4x10.military press 3x8-60 kg, dumbell press 4x8 then a buttload of laterals and front raises.i lost count as i was training outside and it was hot.bodyweight was around 88-89 kgs.

Squats this morning. I can actually grab the bar with my hands again. Woohoo
Can also start doing light dumbbell curls....only a max load of 5kg tho :(
 
While staying on the beach in Nha Trang, I found a beach gym I thought I would try out. Many of the locals were giving it a go, but really had no idea how to operate the equipment, let alone use it.


Underhand lat pull down/row - 40, 30, 20.

First session back since the 23rd Dec, and can only train 2 maybe 3 times this week bfore I head away with work till the 23rd Jan, so a little bit of everything
