Tried training calves last night with toes slightly pointed in to target the outside of the calves. Definitely worked; feeling new muscles today.

Ended up being a shitty training day as I felt shit all day and then ended up having pizza for dinner.... :p

So want my hammies to be on par with my quads...but fuck dem stubborn kunce.
 
Did legs today but man what a shit workout, squats were poor lacked strength and motivation to push harder so was just ordinary....
 
dammit, hurt my shoulder doing wide grip chins... and that WAS my good shoulder :(
(other side is old motorcycle crash which tore a stabiliser off the bone that they missed until it was too late.
