AusBB/PTC strength comp

In the BB section they have a monthly challenge.
I like the idea, so figure we could do something similar.

At the start of the month, Ill pick a new challenge for everyone to have a crack in.

Ill chuck up 1kg of PTC protein for the winner each month.
we have flavors such as choc-coconut, Mango, Choc-Honeycomb, Coffee ect... So have a good go at it.

Vids are needed to be in the comp.


First comp, bodyweight bench press for reps, 2/3 bodyweight for girls.
Bar must touch the chest, each rep must lock out, no re-racking of the bar between reps.

Got till the end of this month mate, plenty of time.

110kg for 10 would be a great effort and be pretty tough to beat.

Ill keep the first post updated with results.

Oni, we will use formula later on once I run out of straight weight ideas.
 
Yeah I will only be able to get about 8 reps on this lol so I won't do this one

10 is a start....failure is the goal.
