    Bulk nutrients NT is almost perfect for me. If it had Kre-Alkalyn instead of tri-creatine malate, double the dose of geranium, no caffeine, and 25mg of dymethylamylamine it would be the same as what I take.

    How bad has your DOMS been?

    I have just read two articles about DOMS. One stating that lactic acid does cause it, and the other disregarding it. Its hard to know what to believe when there is not much scientific evidence supporting it.

    I don't think the lipids in Musclemilk are even that good. This is their selling point I think. 1 multivitamin, 1 serve WPI/WPC and 5 caps fish oil would be much better I would think.
