    Creatine?

    I've been suggested by a friend to take creatine as it helps in muscle recovery. Is it worth trying? Also I read somewhere about creatine cycling, what exactly is this and how are you supposed to take it? I was thinking of just adding it to my WPI shake, is that ok?

    Preventing grazed shins

    Does anybody have any advice on how to prevent the shins from grazing when doing deadilfts? I try to keep it as close to my shins without grazing them but sometimes I graze them. Some friends have suggested footy socks. Does anyone have any other suggestions from preventing this from occurring?
