    Sumo squats & deadlifts

    Hi. If I were to do sumo squats & deadlifts exclusively, would that affect my results much? I know sumos are supposed to target inner thighs more but does it really make a big difference?     50,000 push-ups

    I just want your opinions. If I were to do 137 push-ups a day, that would be 50,000 in one year. If I broke them up over the day so I only did about 20 at a time, I'd never actually be "pushing" myself. My question is, all other things equal, would me in 12 months plus 50,000 push-ups be any...
