    I pulled up so sore from my first session I've literally had to rest for 5 days... No two day DOMS this is the longest (and direst) I've ever pulled up from training my life...! Must be getting old.. (35)... ttained again this morning don't think I'll be quite so bad after this one...

    Apparently in Asian (Chinese I think) cultures they say drinking warm water is good for you - I think it's to do with digestion or something and for chicks on the rag..?

    McDonalds... How bad is it?

    I know little about the real science of nutrition, but how bad is McDonald's really? Clearly it's not something you wanna consume everyday but how bad is it for you... And with regards to training, if your training 3-4 times a week is it going to impact much, particularly if your trying to gain...?

    Anyone routinely buy any of the Pre-made stuff @ Leonard's? A lot of there stuff is great for simplicity - just chuck it in the oven and away you go... But I'm unsure of the nutritional value for training etc...

    Reasonable time frame to gain 10kgs?

    Understood. Body fat % is definitely a factor, I've never been one to have a high body fat % but I certainly wouldn't want to increase that on what I'm already at, reducing is definitely important to me.. Ill also increase my eating.
