    Over the last few weeks I have become very reluctant to eat after training, i realise everybodies comments will be to harden up, but i figure it is better to leave eating for maybe a hour or two then to vomit it back up straight after training. Anybody else get this?

    A good solid meal before, then a shake asap after then accompanied by another solid meal. i feel better after a shake. just remember to drink HEAPS of water especially when your rolling in BJJ.

    gareer sumed it up for me. I use squatting. Been starting to clean and jerk for explosiveness, but lacking technique.
