    Musashi creatine???

Creatine Monohydrate is pretty much the only proven type of Creatine that works. The other types are not as effective. I'm currently using 10g of Creatine Monohydrate while I'm on my bulk cycle and I'm loving the bloat and extra strength it gives me

    5 x 5 beginner workout routine

Looks like a bad program to me. Stick to training 3 times a week heavy/intense if you're doing the 5x5. Also, eat and rest well ----------------------------------- Help a bro out and like my fan page https://www.facebook.com/ozziebodybuilder

    Carb Loading

It really depends on how big you are and how depleted your glycogen store are. I know when dieting for competition, I occasionally have a carb load day and eat up around the 1000g mark ---------------------- My fan page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gavin-Park/177099002424913

    Has anyone tried Albuterex?

You could always just try a large-ish dose of caffeine with half a viagra, that will really give you a good pump :-) Supplement wise, there are some decent pre-trainers on the market ---------------------- My fan page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gavin-Park/177099002424913

Who's had good results with higher reps?

If you can keep the intensity high enough, then high reps are great for muscle growth. ----------- My Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gavin-Park/177099002424913

My quick weekly program - opinions?

It really comes back to how long you have been training for and what type of poundages you are lifting. If you are a beginner, then this program will more then likely be OK, provided you can keep your intensity up. If you have been training for a while now and you are moving some big weights...

DTP training, a favour to a mate

I'm not a big fan of this program. You may as well go and do a body pump class. At least there are usually some hot woman in the class to perve on while you bore yourself with lifting pathetic energy wasting weights.

    Pulldowns vs Pullups

Pull ups are one of the best back exercises. If your strong enough, try bringing the chins bar to your upper pecs. Once you can easily do chins like that, then add some weight.

Who here has plans to compete?

100% correct. I have competed many times and still rely on feedback from other competitive bodybuilders. Also taking regular photos of yourself during contest prep is good too.

Low volume training certainly has its place in bodybuilding. I myself follow a very low volume training program which you can check out on my website.
