    Two years ago I couldn't run more than 200m without feeling like I wanted to spew. I can now run 5km in 32mins and feel like I could keep going and feel refreshed. I love running - just me and the pavement. It's therapeutic. I try to keep longer (5km) slower runs to once a week at the moment...

    My local f&v shop sells other Elgaar products, but not the cottage cheese. I prob should avoid it for now anyway - am trialling lactose free/low lactose. Seems to be helping.

    I found out I was anaemic when I had bloods taken due to hair loss, fatigue and feeling cold. Doc thought it was iron levels or thyroid - thankfully thyroid levels were fine.

    I used a random username generator, and it was the first one to come up, and was perfect! I used to be quite the forum user (just parenting and sewing forums) and didn't want to use the same username.

    But shaving also has an exfoliating action - so does waxing, but you don't wax again until the hair is longer than how long it is left between shaving. I get less ingrowns with shaving, but more irritation.

    A few of my friends Did the Melbourne event (that I was meant to do). My friend said the ice water bath was the worst bit, but overall she hated it more than liked it. She has cuts all over her legs!

    I like the fats in regular nut butters too... but I'm on a calorie surplus at the moment. Will get some to try when I go on a deficit!
