    That's a 20 min walk from home (usually walk my daughter to child care then bus to city) https://www.kingdomgym.com.au/price-list Not sure whether to go for a local gym or one close to work(Townhall). Some at work use Virgin on Pit st mall, others Fatness first and a few F45.

    breakfast protein pancakes with blueberries and greek yoghurt very easy to make 3 T coconut flour 1/4 t baking powder 1 scoop vanilla whey protein 3 eggs 1/2 cup almond milk (T=table spoon, t=teaspoon) forgot to take pics

    1 week in on a 1 month(min) keto, 1st target is to drop 5 % body fat (12kg) - down 3kg so far will see how long I can keep it up during the year my fat free mass is 85.9 kg, up 1.4kg from last year and 7.5kg from 2012 (dexa 2 weeks ago)

    thx for the ebook Kaz. Looking at at least a months cut, need to drop 10kg as haven't stuck to macros since july. Probably start on the 12th , give myself a week to get back into training and work. Need to stock up on roasted chilli (and chilli peanuts) for snacks.
