    Totally agree!! Somewhere in the middle.. Just think of myostatin inhibitors and other nitrous oxide related supps for instance.. There are some good products out there but many are dodgy as.. Even some of the good ones don't really align with the clincial research in regards to dosage, etc...

Alot harder to workout because it is all percentage based though.. I also know of a guy that used to bench in a super kat and ran through a cycle using 3 boards...

    Hey Amac, There are a number of ways you can run it successfully.. #29 for example or #37, or even the 13 week program which combines 29, 37 and then finishes with 32 for testing and comps. I hope this helps..?
