    Deadlift - leg day or back day?

    Cheers, for input guys Im not comPLETEly new to res training. But ive always trained the on seperate days, was just looking too see what other people do/recommend. No go on the compound exercise with an arms day? or just scrap arms day and put it with chest and back?

    Try this workout, aim to do it in under 20min! 35 Burpees > 35 pushups 30 Burpess > 30 Pushups 25 Burpess > 25 Pushups 20 Burpees > 20 Pushups 15 Burpess > 15 Pushups 10 Burpess > 10 Pushups 5 Burpess > 5 Pushups Spew! Or if you are Chin-up happy add 5 chins after each set too!

    Hey guys, Do you deadlift on leg or back day? Also ive heard that the big compound exercises create alot of testosterone, so is it viable to do deadlift seperate to legs or back and maybe do on arms day to get more testosterone pumping for bigger guns????

    How do you guys count your daily calories?

    Hey guys, Just looking for the best/easiest way to count the calories in food you eat. Do you just look on the side of the box and jot it all down? Ie: Weetbix + Banana = x amount and then do a daily total? Thanks for any help!

    Name - Jared - Age 28 - Gender M - Location Bris - Training experience (if you have any that is) - used to weight 125kg of fat and ended up loosing 55kg - so down to 70 and people told me i looked abit sickly haha, now im back up to about 86ish mostly muscle (but abit of fat over winter). love...
