    Bodybuilding vs Strength Training

I agree that if you only base what you do of their guidelines then you may have sub par results, but they are just that guidelines. Tthey also seem fairly broad. I think there are worse places to start from.

    Bodybuilding vs Strength Training

Very good point Even at an intermediate or advance level the differences in what was recommended are extremely similar for strength or hypertrophy. I thought it backed up a point that everyone was making about the importance of diet over splitting hairs about training styles (low reps or...

    5 day split ?

I'm not a very big fan of 5 day/1 body part per day training. Have you considered maybe changing to a upper/lower split instead if your looking for a change? An example would be Mon - Upper Tue - Lower Wed - Rest Thur - Upper Fri - Lower Sat + Sun - Rest

    Refrigerating Protein Powder

From my understanding it should be fine and I don't think it would effect the bio-availability Like stated above, possibly some clumping issues? Maybe might have to watch out for condensation droplets How hot has your house been getting? Is storing it in a cupboard not an option?
