    eep was meant to say pull ups instead of dips. cheers for the advice, i actually encorporate 4x8 lat pull downs in my back routine. it should get easier to do them once i lose some 'fat' weight

    yeah its the exact same feeling you get when you sleep awkwardly. i did end up seeing they physio, turns out its just a strain of that neck muscle. bummed that i have to take a week off.

    not going to failure in first sets

    thats pretty much similar to what i do, my first excercise is 4x6, then the rest are 4 or 3x8 and there are a few 3x15. once i can do one weight for all the sets and reps i up it by 5 or 2.5kg depending on the excercise.
