    To be honest. the only fat i have is on my front side (im a twig already); stomach and chest. during the past year when gaining weight i didnt really put on weight anywhere else.     10kg in 10 weeks

    I just buy 3 kg of round steak minced. Cook it in the fry pan, put some mixed herb and spices in it. then split it up for work each day. adding mixed vegatables and some salt. tastes great.

    The chocolate flavour is just like nesquick. Delicious! ive only been having it for a month so i cant really comment on how good it works.. seems to be ok though..

    At work 9am - protein shake 10:30 - 100 grams almonds 12:30 - about 375 grams lean steak minced with 150 grams vegies 3:30 - 185 grams tuna with cup of wholemeal pasta

    hey mate, it makes sense what you are saying.. I was eating ice cream and bread etc and now im not getting that source so thats why my energy levels are low?? But yes i will continue my new diet, keep my supplements up and get a good rest each night.. See how i am over the next month or so

    Hah yeah thanks for bringing that up. Thats why im still bit skeptical about adding the pasta to meals.. I can add an extra piece of fruit to an afternoon meal which wouldnt be a problem. But after this whole thread. Still bit confused what could benefit me and what wont benefit me..

    Cheers for that.. Will add some pasta/potato to either my tuna in the arvo or my chicken at 5:30. Thats an easy adjustment considering pasta and potato are particular favourites!!
