How many of these top Sprinters would be geared???

Who was that member here who said that it was quite a common belief in Athletic circles that Bolt was geared. Then there's the Jamaica not having an anti doping body or testing making people suss.

Remember the days of Carl Lewis when GH was relatively new and a lot of the Santa Monica Sprinters were wearing braces. The days well before any GH testing.

"...I don't think that's a good idea. We have trialled copying the American system, it has happened before. It happened, what, 10 years ago now?" Campbell said.
"It didn't work. It doesn't work for us. It wasn't because our trials were early that America performed so much better this time around. They performed so much better because they peaked on a four-year cycle.

"They had a shocking year last year. We peaked last year, they peaked this year. It happens. And when a team is on a roll it's really hard to stop them, it's an intangible momentum that's really, really hard to place and really, really hard to gain when you don't have it."

All of them.

Several of Bolt's team-mates have previous doping offences. They share the same coach and same doctor. But they were allowed to run once they'd served their suspensions, and certainly nobody would think of banning Bolt just because some team-mate had tested positive. After all, they're Jamaican, not Russian.

Well the U.S.A have their trials about a month before the games, we have ours 6 months before therefore well past peak performance.
Some heads need to roll. We went over this after London 1 gold only failure. Seem's no fckn lessons were learnt.

I didn't see this but heard others cheering. Kyle Chalmers was last into the wall then came over the top of them to win

Like Campbell, third last at the change over, then just mowed em down
