One of the hardest sessions I've done in a while, tonight

22 mins non stop

400m run
22 push-ups
22 step ups
15 burpees
9 chins

Repeat until timer goes off. I got thrü 4 full rounds and just finished the 5th 400 when the alarm went off. Left me on the deck gasping for air!!!
