Post Xmas Crash Diet

You add hot water to cook them. Then drain the water but they retain water.
Dun wurry bout it...

I didn't add to pan. I stir fried the meat and vegies and added it to the noodles, but will add the noodles to the pan next time. Thanks.

Woolies do sell them, bought from there yesterday. In the health foods section.

Ok, will have another look.

coles has them with all the other changs products, and my local woollies had all the changs except these.

what brand are the woollies ones?

I had some more tonight, drained and rinsed the noodles, then put them into the frypan after the chicken breast, i,sprinkled a little chicken stock on top and tossed for a couple of minutes. Tastes as good as normal noodles.

The brand is Slendier, I have seen this brand at Coles also but it was angel hair noodles I think, I dig the 'fettucine' thicker ones. It may vary from state to state. I've had another brand from Coles when I used to live in SA and haven't seen Chang ones here yet.

This No-Sugar thing is easy once you get paste withdrawals. Its amazing how you suddenly start noticing how "sweet" drinks like Tea with Sweetener and sweetened protein are when you are off the sugar.

Definitely. After 5 weeks straight of no sugar, pure BCAAs started tasting sweet. That's when I realised I was going crazy and got flavoured BCAAs.

I am about to buy some xtend BCAA to drink throughout the day.

Last time i me i dieted down it did a great job of satisfying any cravings, and took my mind off food all the time.

guess the added leucine won't harm my muscle retention either.

when I am not dieting, I strictly use BCAA post workout, as Luke McNally told me the MTor pathway gets blunted by constant BCAA consumption during the day, but in one big load once a day it is most effective.

Now ow I am not concerned as much with adding slabs of muscle, but stripping the fat and preserving the muscle, I am happy to lose its effectiveness but make my diet more tolerable.

watermelon madness for the win!

i have been using Bulk Nutrients BCAA last 6 months as it is a more pure product. Dosent taste as good though!
