Deficit Deadlifts today: 127.5kg for 3 sets of 5. Was only supposed to be 125kg but I loaded the bar wrong and didn't realise until after the first set so stuck it out and got 3 sets out - still got room to add more weight to this lift also....

Just hit 140kg bench press. Went pretty easy, I bounced it a little but I'm confident I could have either done it for at least another rep, or one rep perfect pause-at-chest rep

Yeah looks like you had 130kg in you on bench, or 127.5 at least. Good deadlift.

My rep numbers suggest around 135kg, I felt awesome on comp day and would have had a crack at it. Not to be.... but happy with squat and deadlift pb's

High bar back squat 125x5@9 tonight. E1rm of 150...a little down on last week (120x7@8.5 = 160+). But highest 5 repper ive ever done.
With some more agressive weight selection I think I couldve hit 130x5... (went 105x5, 120x5, 125x5. Next time id go something like 110, 122.5, 130...).

Just going through old logs and it seems I scored pb's on block pull 100mm and floor press also last night. Stronger everywhere, erryday.
205x4@9 and 102.5x4@10 respectively.

Did you and Mackie want to start your own thread instead of clogging up this pb thread with your pb training logs? Give KFG another 10 weeks and l'll be doing the same whoring for a week.

Very nice Tim, excellent thread whoring also :p

Getting very close to that 3 wheels a side bench D1cko; :)

Another great day at the office, 2 PB's today:

Beltless Squats: 125kg for 5x5 (+5kg PB)

Paused Bench: 77.5kg x 5/5/5/5/5 (PB)

Set PBs in squat/bench in PTC Headquarters novice comp - 120 squat (+7.5), 87.5 BP (+7.5). Equaled my PB deadlift @ 150, was a bit of a grind but crowd support got me up. Missed 155 last pull.
Not too shabby for the oldest bloke - definitely room for improvement.
Was a little annoyed at weighing in at 82.8kg - after the last weeks dieting I was only 300g over.

Well you called it mate, hit another Close Grip Bench PB today - 60kg for 3 x 8 for an easy +5kg PB. More to come on this lift in the next few weeks..

To help put it into context. I bench 120 tng x 1. I can close grip 102.5x3. :p
About 90x8. I mean I know every one is different, but id imagine you'll hit 80x8 this cycle. Easy as once you are more adapted to it.

Haven't squatted for a 1rm in prob over 6mth, previous was 125kg, today got a double at 130 and a single at 135, still got a long way to go with squats but it's an improvement

Nice mate. Squat pbs are the most satisfying!

Benched to a 90mm board tonight.
108.5x5@9. Never done it before. :)

90mm. WTF is that? 1 board, 2 board? :p

Benched 72.5x13 for a 13rm :p First week of 5/3/1.
And recent PB of 100kg for 3 sets of 5 with slingshot
