maybe 400m and 1600 are too long, so may change it to shorter events say 100m and 800m.

two main lifts will be overhead and bench press.

Chins, no pause between reps, and no leg use or swinging.

Ground to overhead? Or just overhead?

No pause? That's going to tough :)

no pause only for rep events, chins.

overhead can do what you like, but from ground. Holding the bar for too long not that much of an advantage with heavy bar on shoulders.

have updated proposal in first post.

I think balance better now.

I have put a thread for all you youngsters who like to compete to test themselves and make their claim to being AussBB's greatest all round athlete.

There are five events you need to do to qualify for title, although you can do any event a many times as you like throughout 2014.

Clean and overhead (scored by Sinclair as in weightlifting in line with world record for any divisions).

100m sprint: timed by hand from viewing you tube clip to finish. You can move whenever you want, so no need for starter.

800m: same as 100m

Strict chin-ups: either overhand or underhand, full extension and each rep to have chin above bar. No pause between reps. Once there is a pause, no further rep will be counted.

Bench press: scored by Wilks in line with the biggest left in the IPF, no pause, but no lifting of hips or moving feet.

To qualify for a score you need to provide clip.

I will score each performance in accordance to world record for each sport, although weightlifting and bench press will not be scored by division.

chin-ups will be scored by number of reps.

Sounds good to me

Azz could be an outside chance, he will blitz 100m and could do well in 800m.

May the best man or woman win.

What about rugby? he may also be able to run fast and lift quite big.

Perhaps if taurus; wins, he can select who gets the pleasure of having their tackle fondled...
