0ni's diet log

Oni, how did your xmas eating go?

I went mad yesterday, weighed my food and still only had around 2500 calories for day, including champagne.

After going for 25km bike ride to Lake Hume, my lunch and dinner included around 480gm of roast potatoes, 400gm of ham, and 480gm of turkey.

Just got back from reading the Christmas posts- hahaha you know you've MADE it when people spend their Christmas Day hating on you online instead of being with their family

So 12am rolled around, kicked it off with some oats, just one cup made into porridge and a banana then went to sleep
Work up maybe 6am like usual, doubled up the oats for breakfast, all oats made with twice as much milk ofc, and ate some nuts, 300-400g of almonds and a 750g bag of these honey roasted cashews they were great. Also 120g of wasabi peanuts, this all lasted me until about 1pm

Mum wanted something light, healthy etc for Christmas and went for sushi which was ideal. Started with mushroom miso soup, ate a lot of that, not many calories there though then ate a lot of sushi indeed, more than 12 for sure, no more than 15, absolutely packed with rice. Alcohol I drank a bottle of GSM, I never drink so I got about half way through then took a nap after eating 500g of ice cream (chocolate honey nougat) for about 3 hours. Then I woke up, finished the sushi leftovers, ate roughly 750g of prawns shelled weight, maybe 15 of them total. Then finished off the rest of the ice cream, another 500g. Was pretty well done by this point, was a good feel. 11pm I ate 2 more cups of oats and went to sleep

No real damage done at all, just a lot of calories and carbs lol, very little fats overall. I actually look BETTER today than I did Christmas Eve but there is some water from the salty food, looking soft. Getting muscle pumps just sitting here lol, everything is so full especially chest, traps, delts and arms. We had guests over at some point as well and they all commented on how vascular I was, from the carbs lol everything was popping out like a hose

Starting Sunday 5th Jan, I'll be switching up my diet
#8576487 - Pastie

Starting on Sunday because that will be 11 days post Christmas, so the perfect time for a cheat meal.
Calories are slightly ramped up by the insertion of 3 higher calorie days, but still fairly low. This will be because I have a meet on 1st Feb, so calories will need to be increased for that. The week of the meet will be ultra high calorie keto, with my last cheat done on the 26th.

Similar to how I was dieting before, but as I am much leaner now, I swapped out a high calorie keto day for a small carb up. Took my body weight in pounds, rounded it to 160 to make it easy and that's now many grams of carbs I eat that day. The high calorie day is done the same as well, 160g of fats.

Will be most likely be making some small adjustments 2 weeks out

Potatoes are the perfect carb-up food when calories need to be low
900g in me post workout with 400g kangaroo

I'm thinking oats for bulking. Good calorie/weight ratio and high in protein

Oats mixed with egg whites and some olive oil, used to live off these!

I used to have a cup of so of oats, add milk, crack 2-3 eggs in - mix it all around - mircowave for acouple of mins - put some honey on it - mmmmmm good shit!

oats, milk, eggs and honey all in one? never thought they would work well together..
now have to try this.

will report back with vomit pics if it goes as I assume it will.

I think the yolks would spoil it might want to make a second bowl whites only

ok so basically my diet is looking like this atm

monday: 1200kcal no carbs
tuesday: 1200kcal no carbs
wednesday: PSMF all day, train, 3 hour keto cheat meal (BBQ + almonds today!!)
thursday: 1200kcal no carbs
friday: rampage day
saturday: PSMF
sunday: 2000-2500kcal keto day

I find that now I'm lean enough to have an entire cheat day, instead of just a 3 hour window. I felt this was better than two 3h windows a week and progress has sped up since making this a full day affair

How do you feel on a day to day basis? Ive tried the style you are doing, just leaves me constantly thinking about food
