After watching this guy (no Homo) for a couple of weeks I finally gave him a nickname....

HARRY HALF REP

every exercise i have seen him do the last couple of weeks has been too much weight for him and only half reps, most have actually only been quarter reps but couldnt find anything to rhym with quarter....
 
An Asian kid prolly weighing in at no more than 70kg set himself up in the squat rack next to mine, and I thought to myself, here comes some lols. He then proceeded to work up towards a 145kg squat, with almost flawless form. Here I was, huffing and puffing at 112.5kg. Truly humbled.
 
2 x dudes with big attitude at the gym who give me death stares trained near me last night, I have a liking for one of their girlfriends who is a cardio bunny. So I spoke to my training partner about her last night next to the attitude x2 patrol and it put them off their shoulder workout.

lol we have a guy like that aswell, always does bench with way too much weight only doing half reps and his arse up in the sky on each rep(1/2 rep).

he comes in the other day with a young girl who i assume is his daughter who he is teaching to do the same horrible form on everything. half rep bench, kipping pull ups on assisted pull up machine (i didnt know this was possible) lat pull downs using full body motion. etc etc.

its also funny that when he brings his daughter he is constantly death staring everyone to make sure no guy is looking at his daughter, yet his daughter is checking out every guy in the place haha

Asians are always good squatters. It just comes natural to em, the fucking whole continent is full of natural born squat machines. Curse pathetic caucasian genetics

At least no one discriminates against me I suppose.

Long torsos and short legs = good squatter. Plus they have to squat over a hole in the ground to have a shit so they get plenty of practice.
 
I had to place a sign in the dunny telling the bastards not to squat on the toilet seat.

Yep we have to do the same onsite. Doesn't stop em. Seen em squat and piss in the floor wastes before theit connected just so they don't have to leave a floor and stop tiling.
 
Apparently good deadlifters are awesome front squatters. Which is why a lot of Malaysian / Vietnamese / Singapore weightlifters don't back squat and mainly front squat

Front squat needs strong upper back which helps the deadlift.
