This was on leg curls.

After Pressdowns and Pulldowns.

Before cable Flyes and pec dec Flyes, and hyper extensions, etc.

All with between 5& 10% ROM.
 
Went to gym fully expecting to be able to post on my return, but today i left disappointed........think i was too focused on my own workout which was an awesome back day = PROFIT!!!!!

For me.. not sure if this counts (home gym).. but I think I killed a slug with my piss... was at the bottom of a tree, in a hole by the sleepers, I pissed on it, filled up the hole, and i don't think they can swim... Sleeper must of been water logged, my pea wasn't running out... RIP slug....

I didn't see squats, but as far as I saw, it was all short ROM machine work. Possibly some short squats in the smith, but the gym is two stories and three rooms, so I didn't see her the whole time.

She did about 60 mini hyperextensions though - all at the bottom of the movement. All the while typing on her phone.
