amount of weight and blast out 5 (super fast) then move on his next machine
and continue the day like this.

or going to gym and being the only male in the room (its a tiny gym)
and there are your walker girls and then there is the one who
can just happens to being doing deadlifts...

it was when she lifted more then me that i knew i should leave :p

What did I see at the gym today..









Some guys egging each other on, trying to get 1 more rep, screaming in each others ears asking '' how bad do you want it ". No bullshit talking between sets, just focusing for the next battle with the IRON.

I had a mate that used to come round occasionally an train with me, one day he was benching when all of a sudden I heard weights dropping all over the place.. I turned around and hes laying on the bench holding just the bar with a stuned look on his face.. all the weights had fallen off and were laying all round him. I said what the hell happened! and in reply he said "I had an itchy nose" ....he had an itchy noes while he was benching and tried to scratch it mid way through a rep.. I was speechless... :eek:
 
What I saw in the gym was similar to what I saw there my last visit and am sure to see in my next visit.

People with terrible, jerky form and a woeful range of movement, pushing weights too heavy.

Oddly I don't see this phenomena as often when the gym is less occupied (24 hour gym) :confused: ;)
 
i will be taking 3 girls from my gym to a designated commercial gym in the city at peak hour during summer..

2 of them now deadlift over 100kg.. and squat 70kg +...

It will be filmed for fun and reactions.. :D

and you'd want to go there around 5:30pm for most effect =)
