Sussy trained for this comp on Gawains Total Science protein, which she won at ProRawOne in January.

Gawain supplied Total Science Protein to all 4 girls that competed, because Gawain is a great guy.

Total Science, fixes amputism

This was Monicas first comp.

She has been fucking around Gayland Fitness.

A month ago she cancelled her membership and started training at PTC 4 days a week

Monica weighs 58kg

Great comp on Sunday.

I have been struggling to decide whether to join CAPO or PA for various reasons.

What I like about CAPO is Marko's involvement. He is indeed well-organised, and someone with a positive attitude who encourages all to improve.

All sports need people like Markos rather than elitists, so I am going to give my hard earned to CAPO.

I talked to them about their training.

Wayne, Shaune and Adrian train like BB, with extremely heavy weights, like 300kg squats and deads, 220-240kg benches, 160kg seated press.

They dont do PL routines

.....well maybe if they trained like powerlifters they'd actually get good at it....LOL

Thank you very much Spartacus. I didnt get to meet you on Sunday, you should have come up and introduced yourself. Hope you lift at the National Qualifier. Date to be announced, possibly after all the States.

I have been given the go ahead by Paul Nay to run a National qualifier. It will be a sanctioned National CAPO event, so records can be broken.

Paul also informs me that any total set in any fed, whether its the second ranked fed in ProRaw or the third ranked PA, will count towards qualifying for Nats, as well as OPO or the ADFPA

Does that mean I've qualified for the CAPO nats already???

Wayne Kollen
82.5kg Masters 40-44
Squat 130kg
Bench 102.5kg
Dead 180kg
Total 412.5kg
Awesome! I have something to aim at now!! Need to get my deads up, I just pulled 162.5 for a new PB so have a fair way to go. Other two lifts probably pretty close.

Awesome comp Markos. Inspirational!!

Cheers,
Mike
