I tried zma for a good while. Notice nothing different...
Though the dreams were worth it!
I had a crazy dream atleast every second night lol.
Just weird impossible shit it the dreams...sometimes id wake later laughing about them, others be like, WTF...w
 
Years ago I tried 2 bottles ofZMA. Didn't notice anything. No dreams or better sleep. Haven't used it again.
 
I take it for the zinc boost (skin), if it gives me a better sleep great, bonus if it does more again but not expecting too much. Had the odd dream, which I usually don't.
