Q3 - what is your preferred / ideal weight? I'm quite happy with my build as is. I don't think I'd want to be more than about 80kg and 10% bodyfat, but I won't know until I get there and find out.
Ok.
I've fluctuated from 106 down to 82 and now back up to 100 all in the past 18 months or so.
I can safely say my preferred weight with my current LBM would be 92-93, relatively lean but not super ripped.
If I succeed in gaining more mass than possibly 95kg at 183cm.
For my physique and stature, at near 100kg I look like a chicken nugget - incredibly thick but it's really difficult to get there and be under 10%. The irony is at 85kg with a decent %age body fat I look well over 90 anyhow.
Currently down from 97.2 -> 91 -> heading to 88kg by new years/first week of Jan.
I know. And he squats and deadlifts more than me :'(
I was thinking of going straight into my next bulk starting Christmas day, but then I discovered that the first PA Brisbane meet of 2013 is on 20 Jan, so I plan to make my way down to <66kg for the competition, and then work my way back up. If I can climb up to 72-74kg at about the same BF% I have now over the next year (being in the upper end of the next weight class for PL) I'll be pretty pleased with that. I can definitely gain the weight, but whether or not any of it will be lean is the bigger issue
