Off the top of my head the "Organic" deal doesn't mean a whole heap of diddly. Basically all it means is that they feed their cow's "organic" feed. It can be grass, but that's pricey compared to "organic" grains. Heck even my beloved B.D Paris Creek Farms Organic stuff, which I thought was totally grass fed stuff is just fed organic oats/feed. Occassionally grass fed I think. It has to basically say straight up that it's grass fed for it to be grass fed, otherwise they can pull the wool over your eyes. Theoretically.
