would be happy if i can only ever and never will bench more than 100kg, deadlift and squat 140kg.
my body is too broken and almost destroyed from shitty training habits to ever hope for more than that.
those are numbers that i have prevously achieved. nothing fantastically amazing but i'd be satisfied with that. i arthritis and tendonitis throughout most of my body.
