There was a recent thread on abs with a shit load of serious answers they were just not the ones people expected or agreed with. If you want to see your abs lose some body fat until they are visible. If you want bigger abs work on big heavy lifts and use direct ab work to correct imbalances/strength deficits in your posture.
i havnt done ab work till now,been bodybuilding for 1.5 years full time and now that im dieting im seeing my abs but also starting ab work now being 25 weeks out from my first comp. i do rope crunches and dumbell twists for my obliques(spelling) seems to work well.never saw my abs,never started with abs but deadlifts and getting on and off the bench for 1.5 years with heavy dumbells seemed to do something

no kidding but i'm sure you can understand what i am talking about now..
shrek posts what seems like (to me) a genuine abs workout and then the first response is "you're doing it wrong" or something to that effect...................
