Yeah he used the equipment and learned it but most of his training was done raw, not in equipment like these kids. That's the point I was trying to make there, getting strong raw instead of relying on equipment. I find it interdasting though how speed work is done without a shirt for bench and max effort work shirted and max effort squatting is done raw and speed work in the equipment
