Which of your muscle groups grows best and worst?

I didn't know you can go too wide on pull ups, I was doing just wider than shoulder width but last week I thought I'll go wider, might bring it back in.

I think everyone is different, I've had shoulder problems in the past so I go conservative with most things now

I find wide grip pulls pull my bicep tendon. I prefer close grip palms towards 'chin ups', though if I could I'd do wide I think.

On topic I find my traps grow without trying, so do my biceps. But only up to a point.
