Yep I agree. I used to eat it a lot in sandwiches when I was a kid in Canada. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches they called it (jam is called jelly over there, jelly is called jello). I haven't eaten it for years though. As an adult I find it just too dry. Not a fan.

I'm a big fan of those Japanese kaiten sushi restaurants (aka sushi train). I think my best was 20 plates of various nigiri sushi (40 pieces).....loooooooov it!!
