I am curious to see what totals (bench, squat and dead) people have, how long they have trained and their weight. I am not a power lifter but I still want to get 370kg as a sort of goal.
667.5kg, with a bit left in the tank. Should easy get 680 in 10 weeks.
245 squat, 150kg bench, 270 dead.
Keep in mind, for it to be a total, all 3 lifts must be done on the same day.
If we are going separate days, put me down for 677.5kg
250, 152.5, 275. Those are my current PB's.
250kgs @ 54kgs
Hopefully 265 by June Nationals.
Need to work on initial DL pull and a stronger bench. Squats coming along fine, just gotta trust the wraps! (Wraps rock!)
PL training since Feb
Previous total was about 170-180kgs @ 52kgs
started strength training beginning of 2011 after coming back from a layoff after a shoulder injury prior to that I was a broscientist of the highest order. I did so much upperbody work I forgot I had any limbs below my dick.
Want 500 before years end, dunno if it's possible but a mans gotta have goals.
A better poll would have been how many times BW is your total!!!
Before my back injury, my gym lifts were 150, 130, 180 = 460kg @73kgbw
I was hopeing to smash 500 ( >160, 140, >200) At 75kg in June, now I am just hopeing to be strong and healthy enough, to enter and not be embarasing to the sport.
