I would more than likely be required to eat something simply to raise my blood sugar level slightly before meeting the challenge/workout that is awaiting me.

Not sure what colour jellybeans give the best results, but as for a sugar source, they are quickly absorbed and most effective, hence why they are the choice of Type1 diabetics across the globe!
