What's in your Protein ??

Lol I think this thread is true in that you can't beat real foods but it's not easy to get home from a workout and cook up a nice steak and veggies in less than 30 minutes. It takes about 1 minute to make and drink a shake immediately after working out.

With that being said, I'm definitely sticking to Aussie and NZ made protein and not falling for the USA proteins hype and bullshit marketing attempts.
 
Great looking website, but to date there hasn't been any scientific proof that smaller peptides or hydrolsates absorb faster than WPI. Yet that guy claims that the smaller the peptides, the faster they absorb..

Regardless, I do love the stuff on that website. I'm currently wanting to order, but I have to wait and see whether it's safe to ship to Australia without it being seized at customs.

Whey protein is lacto albumin. How is 1 form of lacto albumin better then another at the end of the day its lactoalbumin with some fats and lactose and lecithin mixed in.

If the are both cross filtered microfiltration and contain no additives as such,how is 1 better then the other?

Well what I really wanted off PF was omegamuscle, green muscle, killer qc, peptopro, super plasma protein. But I've decided not to pursue it, so let me know how you go Aek! :)

I figure I'll just have to get the raw ingredients which I liked in those products which were:

- fish oil for my epa / dha
- maqui powder off ebay
- and a greens blend & peptopro off Myopure

as for super plasma protein it'll have to wait another day :)
