There are 2 types of BB's. Competing BB's and non-competing BB's. They are still BB's.

Bodybuilders are just powerlifters on a diet
Day 1 - Chins Dips (+ arms assistance + calves)
Day 2 - Deadlifts + Shoulders assistance
Day 3 - Bench / Rows + some assistance
Day 4 - Squats + leg assistance (leg press or front squats / leg curls. SLDL)
Abs whenever.
yes it is a BB split. Reps range from 6-10 for compounds and 10-15 for the rest.
Darko, bolded section had me assuming he was talking about my upper lower split but i may be wrong.
I think he was just saying that he's tired of the upper/lower type split hence why he's asking about other splits.
What ever makes you pretend BBs feel better.
Baz, the term bodybuilder is just that, a term to describe what sort of exercise/workout someone is doing, if they're exercising to build muscle then they are bodybuilding.
Powerlifters are just bodybuilders with longer breaks between sets
