squat
deadlifts
lunges
calf raise
 
Bench Week three of wendler BBB, assistance weighted dips and tabatha one arm c&p's for conditioning.
 
What are you planning to hit at said comp?
s:160 b:82.5-85. d:182.5-185
squat will be sub jnr 83 record/standard if i get it
bench and deadlift will vary on the day depending on how the first attempts look if all goes well 430 total
 
10 jumping pull ups, 10 push ups on toes, 20 overhead 12kg kettlebell swings, 200m run. Did this 5 times :-)
 
2 hours of snatches, squats and some unilateral farmers walks. Oh and a fair bit of talking and resting too.
 
Wednesday:
3 x 10 Bi-cep curls
3 x 10 tri-cep extension
3 x 10 dumb bell lateral raises.
** made sure to rest 2 - 4 minutes between sets and look at myself the whole time in the mirror, making sure I have perfect technique and a sweet pump**
 
PTC beginners minus the squats & SLDL's (as I do PPP for these) & then 32kg 6min KB challenge. And hip/shoulder rehab stuff.
