Se if you can find a club or instructer that teaches several styles.
My first club was zen do kai Karate, the club also had a big muay Thai influence, and many nights there would be karate for 1.5 hours and then another 1.5 hours of thai.
We also did night were we focused on different stuff
boxing nights,
leg night
thai
jujitsu
weapons,
fitness nights
sparing nights
night club nights, Ie close up nasty stuff, heads, knees, elbows, grapling etc, we would literally spare with other members all pushing and crowding you in!,
we would have regular visits to other styles clubs, and guests fom ex military, sas etc
A few years later, i did hwa rang tae kwon do, moslty for fitness, flexability and fun.
really need to go back...
I would go along and audition heaps of clubs before I joined one.
