What is the cheapest cut of meat? (leanish)

Roo is pretty good both interms of price and protein content...lean mince isn't too bad either but you do have to watch the fat content.
 
If you're looking for a cheap cut of cow, gravy beef seems to be the least expensive. You're looking at around $10 per kilogram depending on where you buy it.

You'll have to deal with a fair bit of gristle, so you may have to slow cook it if you find that that's a problem.
