Least Favourite: Vitamin E. What's with that smell, bro? lmao.
Vitamin E is actually a term used to describe a family of nutrients, 4 tocotrinols and 4 tocopherols making up the "vitamin e family".
When vitamin E was first discovered they were only able to test and find alpha tocopherol so they assumed this was only 1 isomer that made up "vitamin e" in actual fact it was all 8 isomers.
It has been proven that taking the 1 isomer will actually deplete your vitamin E stores and can be bad for your health.
If you look at your multi vitamin label you will probably see it listed as alpha tocopherol, this is not natural and usually extracted from soy bean oil.
If you actually take a natural vitamin E supplement like tococaps it actually has a multitude of health benefits, visually and internally.....it's very interesting they have actually been studied in the largest stroke prevention study ever conducted, since they are known to attach to cholesterol and help clear plaque from arterial walls of the heart, along with significant hair re-growth benefits.
